As the inaugural Executive Director of Diversity & Inclusion for FAS, Klint leads the FAS DEIA-AR Steering Committee, propels the DEIA-AR momentum already underway within FAS, including annual belonging goals and DEIA-AR action plans, and identifies future initiatives to ensure the UCSF workplace works for everyone and creates opportunities for those within the community in which UCSF operates.
